Three hoursThis course will provide participants with an understanding of how financial and budgetary issues can support and influence academics within a school setting. The focus of the course is on how to support the school’s mission, vision, and values as a budgeting manager through a collaborative decision-making process. Participants will also be provided with an understanding of equity issues and fiscal consequences associated with planning a school budget.
