Three hoursEmphasis on mastery of the curriculum development process, along with knowledge of adult learning theories and the dynamics of collaboration between and among colleagues and community members. This course seeks to fine tune the intuitive and informed practice of a teacher who will be facilitating the professional development of colleagues. Field experience required.
