MUS 1203 Liberal Arts Foundations for the Musician

Three hours (On Campus)
An introduction to the music curriculum. Consideration of philosophical issues fundamental to the arts. Historical survey of music literature of the Western world, with emphasis on style, form, appreciation, and application of perception skills. Meets the Arts and Humanities requirement of the Core Curriculum. An additional fee may be associated with this course.
