BUS 7033 Organizational Management and LeadershipThree hours (On Campus and Online) A review of leadership and management theory and practice with emphasis on moral and ethical considerations. Leader competency and management practice are compared and contrasted and students practice effective applications of each to achieve personal and organizational goals. Mission, vision, and values as significant strategic planning and execution mechanisms are explored in relationship to both the organization and the individual.
