ARO 3013 Air Force Leadership Studies I

Three hours
A study of leadership, management fundamentals, professional knowledge, Air Force personnel and evaluation systems, leadership ethics, and the communication skills required of an Air Force junior officer. Case studies are used to examine Air Force leadership and management situations. Leadership lab ARO 3013L offers concrete leadership practice, including the planning and controlling of military activities of the cadet corps, and preparing various communications. Standard fitness regimen and testing are also required. Three hours of classroom and three hours of lab per week. Wellness or Lifetime Fitness requirement of the Core Curriculum will be waived upon completion of both of these courses.
