LDR 2573 Personal Leadership

Three hours (On Campus and Online)

An exploration of personal leadership and a focused introduction to ethical considerations in leadership practice. Students will engage in values exploration, be introduced to personality and emotional intelligence research, assessment and application, and practice effective communication and formative feedback strategies.
