CM 4323 Construction ContractingThree hours (On Campus) A study of the management aspects of the construction industry including firm organization, roles and responsibilities, contracts, specifications, bonding and insurance, labor relations, and labor law. Ethical issues relevant to construction are discussed. Three hours lecture-discussion per week.
Prerequisite: senior standing Offered on campus Spring semester
