CM 4604 Mechanical/Electrical Systems for BuildingsFour hours (On Campus) A study of mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing (sanitary and supply) systems of residential and commercial buildings. Includes discussion of system concepts, components, materials, and sizing, Also includes introduction to LEED. Three hours lecture and one two-hour laboratory per week. An additional fee may be associated with this course.
Prerequisites: PHY 1114 and CM 2223 Corequisite: CM 4604L Offered on campus Spring semester
