ART 3413 Comic Book and Sequential Art

Three hours (On Campus)

This course introduces the basic principles of storytelling in comic book form. It covers artistic and layout techniques, story structure and character development. This also involves the study of acclaimed graphic novels, and a basic history of the medium. The course is intended for students who have some drawing experience.

Prerequisites: ART 1123 and ART 1243
