FAM 3273 Introduction to Therapeutic PlayThree hours (On Campus) The course provides didactic and experiential training in how to be a therapeutic agent in children’s lives by using structured therapeutic play sessions and techniques. Participants are taught basic child-centered play therapy principles and skills and will engage in observations of play therapy sessions and skill building therapeutic play sessions. Meets the Social and Behavioral Sciences requirement of the Core Curriculum.
