OL 4123 Leading and Managing Organizational Change
Three hours(Online)This course explores leadership traits, styles, roles and responsibilities of successful leaders over time. This course seeks to determine the students’ individual leadership style and to promote the development of the servant leadership approach modeled by Christ. The course also deals with the practical issues of leading organizations through change and managing the day-to-day aspects of organizational change.
