CM 3412 Estimating I

Two hours (On Campus)

An introduction to construction estimating and bid preparation with an emphasis on quantity takeoff. Residential and light commercial projects are emphasized with integration of construction accounting. Two hours lecture-discussion per week. This lecture must be taken with CM 3411.

Prerequisites: CM 2221 and CM 2222
