MUS 3213 History of Western Music

Three hours (On Campus)
A survey of Western art music history from ancient Greece to the early 21st century, with an emphasis on a holistic contextualizing of musical practices through the analyses of major musical works. This course includes a major research project. Meets the Arts and Humanities requirement of the Core Curriculum.

Prerequisite: MUS 3433
