FAM 4383 Self-Care & the Helping Profession

Three hours (On Campus)
This course focuses on assisting students in developing a broad understanding of self-care, both theoretically and theologically, and in helping them establish practical habits that promote resiliency in their respective professions. This course is intended for students entering into helping professions. Meets the Social and Behavioral Sciences requirement of the Core Curriculum.

Prerequisite: junior standing
Offered on campus Spring semester
