ART 3173 Portrait Photography

Three hours

This course will focus on skills required for the professional portrait photographer. Emphases will include application of the principles of design, lighting, composition, color imaging, posing, photo retouching, project workflow and portfolio presentation. Photographic subjects will include beauty, theatrical, commercial, fashion, and family portrait. Students will be required to furnish their own subjects. An additional fee associated with this course.

Prerequisites: ART 3473 and ART 3153
