Department of Leadership Studies

The leadership studies minor is designed to empower and equip students from any discipline to be dynamic leaders. Designed to be cross-disciplinary in approach, well-grounded in academic theory, and practical in application, the minor covers the discipline of leadership at the core, as well as leadership competencies in a wide variety of contexts. The leadership studies minor is also designed to coordinate seamlessly with LSI - the Leader Scholars Institute.

Students must achieve a cumulative grade point average of 2.25 in all Department of Business course work and in each minor.
