The M.B.A. Program combines functional training in essential business skills with training in leadership, ethics, and global business. The M.B.A. with a concentration in International Business combines functional training with teaching that helps students develop management and leadership skills that can be transferred to many areas in addition to specific multinational knowledge, focusing on the different factors that affect multinational operations management. The 45-hour program is designed to include the necessary foundational courses for those who do not have an undergraduate degree in business.

Upon graduation, JBU’s graduate students will be able to.
