Servant Leadership Area of Interest

Two thousand years ago Jesus began to teach his followers about leadership. Fifty years ago, Robert Greenleaf recovered this view and called it Servant Leadership. It still stands today as an alternative to the common views of power and influence of our time. This area of interest takes a deep look at Jesus’ view and practice of leadership, offers a hands on opportunity for students to discern their tendencies as a leader, practice leading teams and explore how to teach and develop their staff.
