The M.B.A. Program combines functional training in essential business skills with training in leadership, ethics, and global business.
The M.B.A. with a concentration in Organizational Leadership combines functional training with training that develops and equips students to lead with excellence using biblically based models. Students learn how organizations work, how to become experts in management and communication processes in public or private organizations, and how to provide leadership using ethical business practices. The 36-hour program is designed for those who have an undergraduate degree in business.
Student Learning Outcomes
Upon graduation, JBU's graduate students will be able to:
