The M.B.A. Program combines functional training in essential business skills with training in leadership, ethics, and global business.

The M.B.A. with a concentration in Design Thinking and Innovation combines functional training with the study of customer needs and how to eliminate inefficiencies. The 45-hour program is designed to include the necessary foundational courses for those who do not have an undergraduate degree in business.

Student Learning Outcomes

Upon graduation, JBU's graduate students will be able to:
