Three hours(On Campus)A detailed study and application of pricing, subcontract evaluation, and bidding techniques using blueprints and specifications. Projects include several commercial building projects. An introduction to construction financing is included. Two hours lecture-discussion and one two-hour laboratory per week. An additional fee may be associated with this course.
