KIN 3313 Exercise Prescription TechniquesThree hours (On Campus) This course will introduce the student to exercise prescription and will provide a basis for program design emphasizing a personalized approach to individual client needs. The student will be exposed to a variety of assessment techniques designed to evaluate client fitness in the areas of cardiorespiratory fitness, neuromotor fitness, muscular fitness, and body composition.
