LDR 3563 Organizational Leadership

Three hours (On Campus and Online)
A study of leadership applied in organizations. The course emphasizes personal leadership, the influence of personality, and emotional intelligence within the context of varying organizational designs. Students also study the impact of leadership on organizational culture, structures, teams, groups, and conflict.
