RPH 3013 Political PhilosophyThree hours (On Campus) A study of ancient and modern political philosophy utilizing primary texts. The course addresses the place of political philosophy in the broader field of philosophy, emphasizing a worldview approach as a means of understanding human existence. Topics include nature, reason, freedom, justice, right, property, law, religion, will, passions, power, customs, and community. Meets the Arts and Humanities requirement of the Core Curriculum. Same as POL 3003 .
Prerequisites: EGL 1023 or EGL 1093 , and either HST 2013 , HST 2083 , HST 2023 , or HST 2093 Offered on campus Fall and Spring semesters
