COM 2433 Diversity and Media IssuesThree hours (On Campus) Diversity and Media Issues is designed to give students a probing examination and discussion of media construction and representation of race, gender and class identity through the prism of media literacy. The course is concerned with media influence on individuals, culture and society, especially on how people view themselves and others. Meets the Intercultural Engagement requirement of the Core Curriculum.
