EGL 3413 American LiteratureThree hours (On Campus) This course introduces the student to major and minor American writers from colonial times through the middle of the twentieth century (e.g. Bradstreet, Douglass, Melville, Twain, Baldwin). Students will be introduced to writing and research strategies regarding literary analysis. Meets the Arts and Humanities requirement of the Core Curriculum.
Prerequisite: EGL 1023 or EGL 1093 Offered on campus Fall semester (even-numbered years)
