One hour(On Campus)The WEMT course builds on EMT training and expertise to meet the special challenges of the remote and unconventional environment. This course upgrades the EMT certificate to a WEMT certification requirements. An additional fee covers the cost of certification for Wilderness EMT training.
Prerequisites: EMTA 1004 EMT Basic Emergency Medical Technician I (NWACC) and EMTA 2004 EMT Emergency Medical Technician II (NWACC) Offered on campus Fall and Spring semesters
