CM 3422 Estimating II

Two hours (On Campus)

A detailed study and application of pricing, subcontract evaluation, and bidding techniques using blueprints and specifications. Projects include several commercial building projects. An introduction to construction financing is included. Two hours lecture-discussion per week. This lecture must be taken with CM 3421.

Prerequisites: CM 3411 and CM 3412
Corequisite: CM 3421
