CM 3421 Estimating II LabOne hour (On Campus)
A detailed study and application of pricing, subcontract evaluation, and bidding techniques using blueprints and specifications. Projects include several commercial building projects. An introduction to construction financing is included. One two-hour laboratory per week. This lab must be taken with CM 3422 . An additional fee may be associated with this course.
Prerequisites: CM 3411 and CM 3412
Corequisite: CM 3422
