Student Learning Objectives

  12. Understand different methods of project delivery and the roles and responsibilities of all constituencies involved in the design and construction process.

Requirements for the Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with major in Construction Management

University Core Curriculum - 30 hours


Program requirements satisfy 12 of the 42 hours in the Core Curriculum.  

  • The Mathematics elective area is satisfied by BUS 2193 .
  • The six hours of the Natural Science elective area, including the lab requirement, are satisfied by PHY 1114  and CHM 1014 .
  • Three hours of the Social and Behavioral Sciences elective area are satisfied by ECN 2113 .

The program is exempt from the three hours of the Arts and Humanities elective area and from the final three hours from either the Arts and Humanities or the Social and Behavioral Sciences elective areas.
