BIO 1144 Plant and Animal Diversity

Four hours
An introduction to the study of the plant and animal kingdoms, emphasizing adaptive aspects of anatomy, physiology, classification and relationships within plants and animals. Major taxa in each kingdom will be emphasized. Three hours lecture-discussion and one two-hour laboratory per week. Meets the Natural Science requirement of the Core Curriculum. An additional fee associated with this course.
