Christian Ministry and Formation, B.S.

JBU Christian Ministry and Formation graduates are currently working as Chaplains, Child and Family Ministers, Christian School Teachers, Cross-Cultural Missionaries, Christian Camp Directors, Christian Non-Profit Directors, Worship Pastors, Youth Ministers, and Professional Counselors (after graduate school). The Christian Ministry and Formation major provides an excellent foundation for graduate work in seminary, counseling, and other related fields.

Requirements for the Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with major in Christian Ministry and Formation

University Core Curriculum - 45 hours


Program requirements satisfy 3 of the 48 hours in the Core Curriculum.

Emphasis requirements may satisfy other Core Curriculum requirements.

  

Emphasis, Minor, Double Major or Electives


Students may choose to add an emphais, a minor or a double major of choice to their degree. An emphasis requires twelve unique hours from one of the following.

Students who do not select an emphasis, a minor or a double major will fill their non-major requirements with electives.

Students should consult with their advisor regarding these options.
